1 Introduction

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a bet20 account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bet20, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bet20 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bet20 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the bet20 Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bet20 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bet20 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet20 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bet20 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet20 support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bet20 is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC verification. bet20 reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on the bet20 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. bet20 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your bet20 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

bet20 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bet20 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; GCash withdrawals typically arrive within one (1) hour of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. bet20 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Fees

bet20 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside bet20's control. Please check with your payment provider for applicable charges.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bet20 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bet20 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: bet20 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other conduct that bet20 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bet20 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bet20 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

6.1 Game Integrity

bet20 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments and are subject to independent oversight. bet20 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, bet20 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bet20 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.

6.3 Bet Limits

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet20 staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bet20.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bet20 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bet20's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet20 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet20's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

bet20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. Upon closure of your account for breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited subject to investigation.

You may close your bet20 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13 Amendments

bet20 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bet20 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
